Please enter names and information for each attendee, so that we can plan appropriately for this summit.

Registration costs (including lodging and meals) are covered for 2 faculty/staff/administrators, and 1 student. See the transportation section for transportation costs covered. Additional attendees are welcome, but requested to pay their own costs (please check back for that cost estimate).

Students: We cover lodging costs for all of these days. Others: We cover lodging costs through Sat night. If you are staying for the advocacy trip, we will also cover Sun and Mon night costs.

Below are a list of tentative session topics, based on previous input from representatives of your institutions. Please indicate which you have substantial interest in attending.

Connecting sustainability with diversity, equity and inclusion
Mitigating the impacts of travel abroad programs
Institutional Support: Taking steps to incorporate sustainability commitments in our planning

Curricular and co-curricular models for sustainability education
Encouraging and supporting student-led initiatives
Counting the cost: carbon and nitrogen footprinting
Messaging sustainability to support Mennonite colleges

You don’t have to help with organizing any sessions, but we’re very thankful for those of you that graciously offer to help out!

Optional: You are invited to stay an extra day (Mon., Aug 8) and join student ambassadors for a day of climate advocacy in Washington DC. Mennonite Central Committee, Washington office, will be helping us connect with lawmaker offices. Do you have interest in joining for this advocacy day? *

This day is free for students. For others, we will ask that you help cover the transport and food charges for the day.
